About Brandfora
We build the commerce layer that networks run their own name on.
Brandfora is a white-label commerce system for companies whose selling is done by other people: franchise systems, buying groups, distributors, dealer and rep networks, contract decorators, suppliers, gyms and leagues. Every location, member, rep or athlete gets branded stores, quotes and print-ready ordering under your name. You are the top admin. Nobody sits above you, and nobody stands between you and your customer. That last sentence is the entire company.
Why this exists
Every store platform sold to this industry made the same trade. We refused it.
The deal on offer has been the same for fifteen years. A vendor gives your locations a store. In exchange the vendor owns the admin seat, takes a percentage of every order your people sell, keeps the customer data, and puts its own name somewhere on the experience. Your network does the selling. Somebody else owns the position.
For a single shop that trade is survivable. For a network it is structural. It means headquarters cannot see what its own locations sell, cannot attribute the supplier volume it negotiated, cannot collect the fee it is owed without asking politely, and cannot run a season without every location doing the work separately. The tooling cost money, and it also capped what the network could become.
So we built the other thing. Same capability, opposite ownership. Your brand on every screen, your domain, your supplier accounts, your payment account, your ledger. No per-order cut from your locations and no charge per seat. We are the layer underneath, and we are deliberately invisible to your customers.
That is not a positioning statement. It is a set of decisions we have turned down revenue to keep, and the reason there is a whole page on this site about the things that are none of our business.
| Layer | Whose |
|---|---|
| Brand, domain, customers | Yours |
| Supplier accounts and rebates | Yours |
| Payment account and the money | Yours |
| Order data, every channel | Yours |
| Per-order cut from locations | None |
| An admin above you | Nobody |
Who is behind it
Built by people who have carried a number in this industry, not by people who read about it.
What the team has done before
- Took a software company in this exact industry from zero to global market leader in on-demand production, as its chief revenue officer. Built the channel, hired the team, closed the enterprise deals, then left in early 2025 to build the thing that company could not become.
- Built and exited an apparel brand. So the production side is not theoretical here. Somebody in this company has stood on a floor at four in the afternoon with a file that will not print.
- Years of selling into print, promotional products and decorated apparel. That is why the objections page on this site reads the way it does. We are not guessing at what you will say. We have been told it.
- An engineering co-founder who has been building commerce systems in this category throughout, not an agency hired to ship a version one.
Why that matters to whoever owns revenue
- We know what your number actually depends on, which is people who do not work for you selling more of your product. Every design decision here serves that, not a software category.
- We have sat on your side of the table. The reason there is no per-order cut and no charge per seat is that we watched adoption die on exactly those two lines.
- You will not be handed to an account executive who learned this category last quarter. On a first call you get a founder who can answer a channel question and a technical question in the same sentence.
- Multi-currency and multi-language were in the product from the first release, because the first national network we built for needed both out of the box.
What you walk out of a first meeting with: one of your own customers’ stores, built live from their web address while you watch, and a straight answer about which of the revenue lines will actually move your number and which will not.
Where this is going
Every network in this industry running its own marketplace, under its own name.
The goal is bigger than being a better store platform. It is to make the store platform category unnecessary for anyone who has more than a few people selling under their name.
The arithmetic behind that: this industry moves an enormous amount of product through networks, and almost all of it moves through phone calls, emails, spreadsheets and PDFs. The digital layer that exists sits on top of individual sellers rather than underneath networks, so it fragments the very thing that makes a network valuable. Put the layer underneath instead and the network gets the thing it has never had, which is one view of what it sells and one place to control it.
Our near-term work is narrow and specific: get networks live, connect the suppliers they already buy from over the standard the industry already agreed on, and make the things that used to take a person take seconds. The longer-term consequence is that a company that used to sell decorated goods becomes the platform its own sellers work on, which is a different kind of company with a different kind of value.
We are early enough that if you come in now you influence what gets built. That is the honest advantage of talking to us this year rather than in three.
| Question | Their answer | Ours |
|---|---|---|
| Who is the admin? | The vendor | You |
| Whose customer? | Shared | Yours |
| Whose name? | Theirs | Yours |
| Cut per order | A percentage | None |
How we behave, which is the only credibility a new company has
We are new. Here is what we do instead of pretending otherwise.
We are not going to show you a wall of customer logos we do not have, or a number of locations that is really a closed beta. A company at our stage has exactly one thing to trade on, which is whether it tells you the truth when the truth is inconvenient. So:
Live, rolling out, or in build, said plainly on the feature’s own page. If something is not ready we say so and give you the date on a call rather than a guess on a web page.
Our SOC 2 readiness program is underway and we do not have the report. It says exactly that on the integrations page, where a security reviewer will actually look.
Every comparison on this site links to the competitor’s own published material with the date we read it. If they change it, we will change ours.
There are over a hundred question pages on this site, written so a person gets a straight answer and an assistant can quote it correctly. If yours is not there, ask and we will write it.
On a demo we will go through the revenue lines and say which ones will not move your number. A company that only ever tells you yes is a company you cannot plan around.
Not your customer, not your supplier, not your money. When something goes wrong with a garment you call your vendor, the same as you do today.
