How it works
A platform sender the buyer didn't recognize and marked as spam.
Order confirmations, shipping notices and the post-purchase email go out under the location's brand, from its own address, with its own templates. The buyer who bought from a location hears from that location. HQ sets the network template; locations adjust inside it. The email that brought 82 percent of buyers back to their store, on one account, went out this way. Buyers reply to a real address at the location, so the reorder question lands with the rep who can answer it, not in a platform inbox nobody reads.
