Money that splits itself

Fundraisers, commissions and fees paid out the moment the card is charged.

Every other system collects the money, then somebody builds a spreadsheet at month end and cuts checks. Brandfora splits the payment at the point of transaction. The booster club, the athlete, the rep, the location and the network each get their share the moment the buyer pays. No spreadsheet. No checks. No argument in November.

Runs on Stripe Connect. Each party is paid to its own account. We never hold your money.

One order, four payouts, all settled by the rules you set, at the second the buyer paid.

Where the money leaks today

Every network we talk to is running its payouts on a spreadsheet.

The school fundraiser

The decorator collects everything, promises the PTA 15 percent, and someone reconciles it three weeks after the store closes. The PTA calls twice. Next year they use someone else.

The athlete's merch

A fighter or a player sells 300 shirts. The gym owes them a cut. It gets paid when the owner remembers. The athlete stops promoting the store.

The sales rep's commission

Profit per order lives in two exports from two tools and a formula someone built. Reps dispute it. Managers spend Fridays on it.

The franchise fee

Royalties and program fees are calculated from what a location reported, at month end, by hand. Headquarters knows it is under-collecting and cannot prove by how much.

How it works here

Set the rule once. Every order settles itself.

1. Write the rule on the store

A percentage, a fixed amount per item, a margin share, a program fee. Per store, per campaign, per network. Stacked if you need it: the booster club gets 15 percent and the rep gets 10 percent of what is left.

2. The buyer pays

Card, allowance, gift card or purchase order. At the moment of charge the payment is divided by the rule and routed to each party's own connected account.

3. Everyone sees their line

The organizer, the athlete, the rep, the location and headquarters each get a statement that shows exactly what was earned on exactly which orders. Nothing to reconcile.
