Brandfora vs InkSoft
Paying a monthly license per seller for stores that report to nobody above the seller? Here's the network version.
The short version
One shop with one login, or a thousand stores under one dashboard.
InkSoft is an online store and design tool for apparel decorators, promotional products distributors and print businesses, priced at $314 a month (100 active stores, 5 users) or $419 a month (unlimited), and part of Inktavo alongside Printavo, GraphicsFlow and, since October 2025, OrderMyGear. Brandfora is licensed once by a network's HQ and deployed to every location under the network's brand, with one cockpit that ingests order data from every other store source. One shop with one login is InkSoft's shape. A network with a thousand stores under one dashboard is ours.

Choose InkSoft if
You're one shop that wants a store builder and an online designer in one monthly subscription, and you're fine building and pricing each store yourself.
Choose Brandfora if
You have more stores than people to maintain them, or you run a network and need HQ to see what it sells.
Moving off InkSoft
Export the store list, import it by CSV, and the stores stand back up branded from each customer's domain. A fleet of a thousand is a matter of days, not a migration project.
