The time calculator

Money comes back. Time does not. Count yours.

Every network we talk to pays people to do things by hand that this system does in seconds: quotes, store builds, artwork fixes, digitizing, price updates, purchase orders, fundraiser bookkeeping, payouts. Put your monthly volumes in. See the hours, the days and the people it adds up to. The machine gets faster every month. The human does not.

Step 1

Who is counting?

Step 2

How much of this happens in a normal month, and how long does each one take your people?

Defaults are typical for a network like yours. Change the counts and the minutes to match your shop. The result is yours, not an average.

Enter your numbers above.

Machine times are what the system does today and will only get shorter. The hand times are yours; the defaults are only what people tell us on calls. The money row is only your own hours priced at your own rate. It counts nothing for the orders this wins you: the reorders that arrive from a receipt link, the season every store finally runs, the quote that gets answered at 9 p.m. Those are the bigger number and they are on the other calculator.

Why the gap only gets wider

A digitizer takes ten minutes a file and will take ten minutes next year. The machine took five seconds and is getting faster.

Five people doing artwork prep becomes one person keeping an eye on it.

Vectorize, upscale, background removal, the DPI gate and the embroidery file run before the order exists. The one job left is exceptions.

The quote desk becomes a cart.

Thirty to fifty minutes per quote becomes seconds, and the buyer edits it themselves. Reps sell instead of typing.

The fundraiser bookkeeper retires.

Organizing the store, tracking the total, calculating the split and paying the organization all happen at the sale. Nobody reconciles anything three weeks after close.

Price updates stop being a project.

One price list, every store, seconds. The person who used to email spreadsheets to every owner gets their month back.

Purchase orders type themselves.

Raised on the location's own supplier account the moment the order lands, with acknowledgements and tracking flowing back.

Reorders arrive without a call.

The receipt carries the buyer back to their own store. On one account, 82 percent clicked. That is sales time, not saved time, and it is the bigger number.

Bring last month's numbers. We'll run them live and build the first store while we're at it.
