Every online sale in the network sits on the ledger HQ sees before anyone types it anywhere. Royalties and program fees run on what sold. The honor system becomes a column. Set the rate per location or per program; the settlement does the rest, and the statement shows the franchisee the same math. Rates can differ by store type, by product category or by channel, and an ingested order pays the same royalty as a native one. The number HQ collects and the number the franchisee sees came from the same row, which is why the argument about royalties stops happening.
