How it works
A month-end spreadsheet and a check run somebody dreaded.
Beneficiary share, athlete share, location share, HQ share. Set the split once per store or per program. Every order divides on the ledger at the moment it's paid, and the shares settle at payout with a statement. A booster gets its cut without asking. HQ gets its fee without a self-reported total. The math runs on what actually sold. Percentages or fixed amounts, per line or per order, with the split adjusting when a refund lands. The statement each party gets shows the same math the ledger ran, so nobody calls to ask how the number was reached.
