What is Brandfora?
A white-label commerce system for networks in print, promotional products, decorated apparel and branded merch. Franchise networks, buying groups, fulfillment partners, sales organizations and gym or league brands run branded stores, quotes and ordering for every location, member or athlete, with the network as the top administrator and every order from every channel in one ledger.
What is a company store program?
A standing online store a decorator or distributor runs for one organization, where employees or members order branded apparel and merch against budgets, purchase orders or their own card. On Brandfora a company store stands in under 90 seconds from the organization's own domain and stays open after the first order.
What is a redemption store?
A store where the checkout is a code, not a card. The employer or program already paid. The recipient enters the code, picks a size, and ships it to themselves. Used for onboarding kits, service awards and gifting.
How do supplier rebates work with online stores?
Suppliers like SanMar pay rebates on volume purchased on a specific customer account. When a store tool raises purchase orders on its own account, or on none, that volume never attributes to the location, and the network underclaims. Brandfora raises every PO on the location's own supplier account so attribution holds.
What is PSST?
SanMar's Pack Separately, Ship Together program for contract decorators. Blanks ship to the decorator; decorated goods ship on to the buyer. Brandfora routes PSST orders in the same cart as stock and print-on-demand lines.
What does a store platform cost a location per order?
Public pricing as of September 2026: OrderMyGear charges 3.95 percent of Pop-up Store cart totals plus a $1,899 license. Chipply charges 3.5 percent of product and decoration plus $1,000 onboarding. InkSoft is $314 to $419 a month per seller. Brandfora is licensed by the network and charges no per-order fee to locations.
Is Brandfora a store platform?
No. It makes stores, and also lookbooks, quotes, print-ready artwork, purchase orders on your own supplier accounts, routed fulfillment and a network ledger. A store platform gives one seller a store. This gives a network its own commerce system, with the network as admin.
Can a franchisor require locations to use it?
That's between the franchisor, its agreement and its counsel. Brandfora is structured so HQ licenses the system and locations opt in, with no per-order fee charged to a location. Most networks start with the ledger, which needs nothing from a location but API credentials.
How fast is a store, really?
From a pasted domain, nine to fifteen seconds on a normal day. We say under 90 seconds because internet exists. Five hundred stores from a spreadsheet in about half an hour.
Who owns the data?
The network. It leaves by API whenever you want it to. Your network's data sits in its own database and storage, not in rows shared with other networks, which is the answer your IT team is looking for when they ask.
