Print zones
Left chest is four inches. The studio knows that.
Decoration areas come from the garment, not a template. Left chest, full back, sleeve, each with real dimensions, and artwork is clamped to them. Embroidery clamps to the hoop. The buyer can drag a logo around, but can't put a fourteen-inch design on a sleeve or stitch something the hoop won't hold. That's most of the rework in this industry gone before it starts. Zones per product come from the catalog, so a new garment added at HQ arrives with its zones set for every store.
