How we work together
Built for adoption, not for a price list.
We've sold to this industry for years, and we watched platforms die because the fee was the reason nobody in the network turned them on. So we do it differently. The network is our partner, the structure fits the shape of the operation, and price is never the thing that stops a location from using its own store.
One agreement at HQ. No per-order fee to locations.
| Item | Who sets it | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Network agreement | HQ, once | Signed |
| Price to locations | HQ, optional | Set by HQ |
| Order data by API | HQ | Live from day one |
| Supplier accounts | Each location | Own account on every PO |
Three shapes
The structure fits the operation.
Networks
One agreement at HQ. Locations never pay a percentage on their orders. HQ sets its own price to locations if it wants one, and keeps the spread. Data is yours, by API, from day one, even before a store moves.
Fulfillment partners and distributors
A partnership sized to your stores, catalog and fulfillment model. Migration is scoped in onboarding, and we'll tell you in the first session if your catalog shape changes that.
Shops
Start with the lookbook. Add quotes when a quote closes a deal. Add stores when a customer asks for one. Small to large, we work with people in different ways, and we'll say which way fits before you sign.
What we won't do: sit between you and your supplier, or take a percentage from the people doing the selling. What I'll ask on the first call: how many locations or members, what they sell online today and through what, and which supplier accounts matter.
Bring a count. We'll bring the structure.
Thirty minutes. We build a store on one of your domains and show you the cockpit behind it.
