Lock modes
HQ holds cost. Locations hold margin. Or the reverse. You choose.
Decide who controls what, per account and per store. HQ locks cost and lets locations set margin. HQ locks the retail price and nobody touches it. A location runs its own price list where the agreement allows. Written down once, enforced by the system every time. The trade-off is real: when HQ controls the price list, a cost increase HQ doesn't pass through is HQ's margin call. A buying group locks nothing and lets members run their own sheets. A franchise locks retail on the core twelve products and leaves the rest open.
