Returns

Policy acknowledged before payment. Returns handled on the order.

Buyers acknowledge no-returns and turnaround terms before they pay, per store. When a return is allowed, it's processed against the original line with the refund, the restock and the ledger update in one place. Decorated goods and stock goods can carry different rules. A restock puts the unit back in inventory and reservations see it immediately. Exchange or credit follows the store's policy without a phone call to decide. HQ can set the network policy and let locations tighten it, never loosen it.
