Orders your own floor produces flow to ShipStation for the label. Tracking comes back to the order and out to the buyer under the store's name. Nothing re-keyed on either side, and the cockpit shows shipped the moment the label prints. Rates, carriers and packaging rules live in ShipStation the way your floor already runs them; the order data and the buyer's address arrive without a keystroke. Orders routed to a partner floor use that floor's shipping instead, and both kinds of tracking land on the same order.
