Questions ยท Network admin and security
Does Brandfora support multi-factor authentication for admins?
A second factor on every admin login. Buyers don't have to. HQ and location admins sign in with a second factor. Buyers on a store don't, because a checkout with MFA is a checkout nobody finishes. Enforce it per tier, and see in the audit log who has it on. It's the first box your IT team checks, and it's already checked. Impersonation, refunds, price changes and catalog deploys all sit behind that second factor, which is what makes handing a location its own admin seat a comfortable decision instead of a brave one.
What it used to cost you: One phished password with the whole network behind it.
The feature is called Multi-factor authentication. It runs on the same rails as everything else here: one catalog, one price list, one cockpit, your name on the front.
